- NE Lincolnshire (Severe)
- Norfolk (Severe)
- Peterborough (Severe)
- Southend-on-Sea (Severe)
- Suffolk (Severe)
- Surrey (Severe)
- Thurrock (Severe)

Outbreaks of rain will be heavy at times during the evening and will
give accumulations of more than 15 mm in 3 hours in places. The
public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways
Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and
trunk roads.
