Just so we know what we call things...
- Controller: YL4x4R person who calls out the members, coordinates our response and organises teams - will ususally also take the call from User Service/Agency.
- Team Leader: YL4x4R person who heads the team of Responders on the ground during a call out.
- User Service Liason: YL4x4R person who develops a working relationship with User Services/Agency.
- User Service/Agency: Anybody who calls on our services, whether on our books or not.
